3. Light, appliances and radiators are switched off at the wall
4. Leave keys in the blue key box inside the building entrance

Waste Disposal

The bin store is located on the ground floor at the rear entrance of the property (near the lift)

Stove/Hob

There is a switch in the wall of for each, makes sure it is turned on before using it - both oven and stove are electric.
The oven is below the stove.

Washing Machine

Located in the kitchen

Hair Dryer

The hairdryer is in the bedroom

Iron & Ironing board

The iron and ironing board is in the kitchen

Fuse Box

The fuses are in the hallway



Fire safety information for our guests

Your safety is our priority, In case of a fire emergency, please follow these steps:

Assembly Point

Leave the apartments using the main exit, cross the road at the traffic lights and stand outside print zoo.  Await further instructions from emergency personnel.

Exit Strategy

 Leave your room through the front door.

Fire Alarm and Smoke Detectors:

If you hear the fire alarm, exit immediately

Fire Safety Equipment

There is a small portable extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen.

Stay Low in Smoke

Stay close to the floor if you encounter smoke

No Re-entry

No re-entry unless the fire brigade confirm it safe to do so
