1. What Is East Village Belfast?
East Village is a collection of 11 unique one and two bed self catering apartments in a converted 150 yr old historic building just east of Belfast City Centre. Each serviced apartment is a different layout so make sure to look at the photos to see what suits you best!
2. Is East Village suitable for corporate bookings and business travellers?
As a business our main focus is longer stays of 90 days or more and corporate clients. We attract professionals from the wide variety of industries operating in Belfast and since opening we have proved popular with TV and Movie production companies and those relocating to Belfast for work who need a place to stay while they find a more permanent home.
3. Is East Village suitable for holidays to Belfast?
Yes! Although we generally target longer stays we also usually have a number of apartments available for shorter bookings of holiday apartments and we are very well located for exploring Belfast and the surrounding areas.
4. Can you provide Cleaning Service during a stay?
Yes – If you would like additional cleaning during your stay then please get in touch. We can offer cleaning only or we can offer cleaning as well as towels and linen change.
5. What type of serviced apartments does East Village offer?
East Village Apartments provide a selection of 11 one and two bed apartments. This includes three larger penthouse apartments. Apartments 1-8 are mainly for short stays while the penthouses are mainly for stays of minimum 90 days.
6. How can i book a stay?
You will find our serviced apartments listed on the main booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com by searching for East Village Apartments, Belfast.
Alternatively, you can view the apartments and book directly from us. This is always the cheaper option as we pass the savings on platform fees to our guests.
7. I am a corporate traveller, can i reclaim VAT?
We welcome corporate travellers and if needed we can provide a full VAT invoice for all stays.
8. Where in Belfast are the apartments?
East Village is on the corner of Templemore Avenue and Castlereagh street in Belfast. It’s right opposite a bus stop and walking distance to both Lanyon Place train station and Belfast City Centre
9. What time is check-in and check-out?
Normal check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. For late check ins we can sometimes arrange for a key to be left in a lockbox but we prefer to meet everyone in person.
Guests must check-out is by 10am.
10. Can I Check In Early?
If you are interested in checking in earlier than 3pm please indicate this in your check in form and we will get back to you the day before you are due to arrive.
If we don’t have someone checking out of your apartment on the same day then we will often be able to help.
We will let you know the day before check in if you can arrive early.
The only way to guarantee an early check in is to extend your stay to include the night before.
11. Is there an Iron and Ironing board?
Each of our serviced apartments has both an iron and ironing board. You will find them inthe kitchen.
12. Where can I park?
While the apartments do not have allocated private parking there are usually lots of street parking spots within a few steps of the front door. These are not time limited.
If you have a car we suggest approaching the building by travelling south along Templemore avenue where you will find the most and closest parking.
13. Is there a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit is payable – £100 for one bedroom apartments and £200 for two bedroom apartments – in accordance with the terms of our License To Occupy.
14. Do you provide towels, pillows and bed linen?
Yes, we provide high quality bed linen and towels that we source from a local business that supplies some of Belfast’s finest hotels.
15. Is there internet and WiFi?
Yes, there is a high speed WIFI network throughout the building and we will send you the log in details on the morning of check in.
16. Can you provide a baby cot?
Yes. We have a baby travel cot in the building and provide it on request.
17. Is there a fridge and freezer?
Yes, each of our self catering apartments has a fridge freezer.
18. Is there a coffee maker?
Yes, each of our self catering apartments has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. We provide a few pods at check in to get you started.
19. Is there a washing machine?
Each of our serviced apartments has a washing machine
20. Is there cutlery, plates, dishes, saucepans etc?
All of our self catering apartments come with the equipment you need for preparing and serving food.
21. Is there a TV?
Yes, each of our Belfast serviced apartments comes with a 43″ High definition Smart TV as standard. The TVs all have Roku installed which gives you access to all of the major streaming channels – don’t forget to bring your account info!
22. Is there a microwave?
Each East Village Serviced Apartment comes equipped with a microwave, toaster and kettle for your convenience.
23. Is there a hairdryer?
Yes – each East Village self catering apartment has a hairdryer supplied as standard. You will find it in the master bedroom.
