The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, L-shaped sofa, and smart TV. There's high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guests also have access to a communal roof terrace. Free on street parking is available outside the property. A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in.

Guest Access

The apartment is conveniently located just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey from Belfast city centre. You will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and there is a Tesco supermarket nearby. Connswater Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute walk away. Other nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby - all within 10 minutes drive. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.

A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
