Our painstaking redevelopment of East Village Apartments was completed in December 2023. East Village Apartments is on the corner of Templemore Avenue and Castlereagh Street within walking distance of the city centre. We are 3 miles from Belfast City Airport and 1-2 miles from the Titanic Quarter.
Originally constructed in the 1800s East Village has a colourful history, mainly as a pub, the Farmers Rest. Farmers would stop off for refreshment on their way to market. With time there is change and the Farmers Rest is now East Village Apartments – a collection of luxury one and two bedroom apartments designed primarily with the business traveller in mind. With the layout of the old building to work with every one of our apartments is different. Check out the apartments here. The top floor is accessible only by our penthouse guests. It is home to our three penthouse apartments, each of which have exclusive access to the roof terrace.
While our focus is very much the business traveller we also accommodate short stays for tourists between our longer corporate bookings. Please rest assured that we have strict policies on noise and parties.
